LONG TERM STORAGE RATES
(6 Month Term)
This storage contract entitles owner to monthly storage in our secure, climate controlled facility located at 6600 Moravia Park Drive, Baltimore, MD 21237.
Optional Services:
- Trickle charger can be provided by customer (approval required) @ a $15.00/month rate or rented from JE @ a $25.00/month rate.
- Car covers can be leased for entire storage duration for a 1-time charge of $99.00.
Storage Requirements:
- Vehicles over 18ft long will be required to purchase 2 vehicle storage spots.
- Annual rates are based off of 6 month contracts, otherwise premium charge is monthly.
- No refunds for unused storage time paid for.
- Customer must contact us 5 business days prior to the date of pickup.
- All vehicles must have a car cover.
8ft x 18ft - $275/month ($1650)
